At PKC Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging and include the provided packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
